- NSPIRE Repairs: Our team will come in after a poor inspection to address deficiencies (life-threatening, severe, moderate, and low!)
- NSPIRE Preparation: Our team will arrive prior to an upcoming inspection to correct necessary items and prepare units/buildings for HUD inspection.
- Unit Turns: Rehab of vacant units to prepare for new tenants including, but not limited to, installation of cabinets and appliances, bathrooms, flooring, etc.
- General Maintenance Help: Our team will come help address your backlog of site maintenance orders.
- Emergency Orders: In the event of an unexpected emergency order that may arise, our team can arrive within 24-48 hours in most cases.
We will work with you and your budget to achieve your goals! Whether you’re looking for us to address high-priority items only, or 100%, we’re here for you and your property.
We are fully insured and have a nationwide response (travel fee may apply for Hawaii or Alaska)!
Making your life easier…
From the back office to the front of the lines, our team works hard to make your life easier! Start by building your own labor, meaning the size of the team and duration of the project is completely up to your projects needs! For safety purposes, we do require a minimum of a two-man crew at any time.
SIMPLICITY. Our labor is charged at a flat rate, so there are never any surprises and materials are paid for at-cost and not a penny higher.
TRANSPARENCY. We provide our clients with timecards for proof of labor, as well as receipts for materials and lodging. We submit our expenses for reimbursement only, and will never mark anything up.
REPORTING. Our crew supervisors log, track, and photograph your site project for HUD reporting needs, and provide all documentation to site management.
